Storytelling PLUS Overtone Singing

I had the honor of being asked back to Church St. School in White Plains NY on March 17th, to do my “Beyond The Borders” program, celebrating multicultural tolerance. I was able to get some pretty decent video that does a lot better than a bunch of words on a page in describing what it is exactly that I do! Believe me it’s sometimes a challenge to describe what I “actually do” because I combine several different art forms, storytelling, songwriting, singing, drumming and more into a single school assembly.

I love to start my programs with my “attention grabbing” Overtone Singing (from central Asia), throat whistling and African yodeling combined with Irish Bodhran, African Djembe & Djun-djun as well as a cool standing drum with a light inside that I carved myself…
